Double hoop with 4 bolt mounting light hoop has 9 light mount provisions for over or under hoop mounting. Top hoop is swept back to give that classic double hoop look to your Jeeperman, and other bumpers with flat mounting provisions and D ring provisions (may not fit top mounted towhooks). Powdercoated in semi gloss Cardinal powdercoating for great rugged looks.
